User Accounts & Registration

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yawkeys and its affiliates shall not be liable for:
- •Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- •Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses
Our maximum liability for any damages, regardless of the form of action, shall be limited to $100.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising from your use of Yawkeys:
- •Informal Resolution: We encourage you to contact us first at legal@yawkeys.com to attempt to resolve any issues amicably.
- •Arbitration Agreement: Any dispute not resolved informally shall be settled by binding arbitration conducted by a neutral arbitrator in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.
- •Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes with Yawkeys on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit.
- •Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain provisions above, so these provisions may not apply to you.
Termination of Service
Yawkeys reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
Upon termination:
- •Your right to use Yawkeys will immediately cease
- •We may delete your account data according to our data retention policies
- •All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property rights, warranties disclaimers, and limitations of liability
You may also terminate your account at any time by following the account deletion process in your account settings or by contacting our support team.
Updates to Terms
